On Wednesday, July 6th, Lucy Bond was sworn into office for the Carteret County Board of Elections. She has been appointed to complete the term of the late board member, Amy Holland. Her term expires July 2023. Mrs. Bond, a retired educator states she’s proud to serve the voters of Carteret County.
